I am now starting my second week in term and so far everything is going pretty well. My major this term is Feminist Lit. and my minor is C.S. Lewis, so far I really like everything I'm doing for each of them.
I have re-started play therapy sessions with my friend Sean, we are getting on quite well and found that we missed each other quite a lot over the break. Playing with Sean is extremely rewarding and is sort of my release through the week. It's fun to spend time with someone who accepts you unconditionally, just so long as you will play with him.
The highlight of nth week was probably the group trip to London to see The Woman In Black, it has been running for 20 years and is quite the thrill! First week I made my own way to London hoping to see August: Osage County, however it was sold out. I saw, instead, Les Miserables from basically the pit. I was in the half row in front of row A on the floor. It was a great experience for a theatre-enthusiast such as myself. Lots of eye contact and attention from the cast!
In other news, I spent the weekend cooped up and drinking orange juice trying to ward of a nasty cold. I lost. However, I think I will be back on my feet within a day or two.
Thanks for reading! More updates soon!
